Well the results of my indiscretion of going out to dinner on the open market has had it's effect on me -- I have been riding the white horse for 3 days now!!! The other American guys have told me they are in the same shape. I guess Chinese food out on the town is out for tonight!!! May have to let our digestive systems recover before we assault them again!
