Cold as a Well Diggers Butt

It has turned off cold here -- 50s during the day and around 40 degrees at night. While on the surface that is not that cold unless your heater (CHIGO) isn't working in your apartment. I have had to put extra blankets on my bed so I don't freeze to death. I have the thermostat on the CHIGO set at 28 degrees Celsius (around 82 degrees F). But it is only 61.7 degrees F in my room. I have to stay fully clothed until I get in bed and then try to warm the cold sheets up. May have to have the repairman take a look at the CHIGO but it's Eid right now and no locals are working.
