Move Again?

I may have to move again since one of the guys in my house may be leaving this March and the other two of us can't afford to keep the place on our own. We may be able to move in with a guy that has his own apartment building. That is preferable to having to finance everything on our own. We'll see if we can get the price down to something we can afford.
