No Power -- No Heat

I woke up in the middle of the night to realize the power was off and the electric heater wasn't working. It has a propane component but it is not working properly. So I went back to bed. When I got up at 4:30am the power was still off -- got some clothes on and went out to the guard to ask him to turn the generator on. He wasn't there -- a few minutes later the generator and power was restored. Luckily the water worked and the water was still warm. It has been snowing for a few days and the snow is staring to accumulate even though it is melting some because it gets above freezing for a while each day so it melts. The ground is still covered with snow though and should stay that way till tomorrow -- forecast rain/snow through tonight. Then it will be partly cloudy tomorrow. The streets are covered in mud and so it is a mess outside.
