President Lloyd Oaks is returning home on the 22nd of August 2011. His attempt to extend was denied. That means a new Kabul Afghanistan District President will need to be called. The Presidency only lasted since 3 June 2011. I have enjoyed working with Pres. Oaks. He is the son of Apostle Dallin H. Oaks, and is the Assistant District Attorney for Pierce County in Tacoma, WA.
