Kabul Air -- Not Healthy

I get respiratory infections a lot because of all the fecal matter in the air here. I am currently suffering from a respiratory infection now. Usually a regime of antibiotics does the trick and I am at it again. It has been raining alot lately so that takes the dust/fecal matter out of the air.
