Yesterday when I got off work there were three kids with their mother selling bracelets. I bought some bracelets and then the lady (in a Burka) asked for some shoes for her baby she was carrying. It was 45-50 degrees outside and raining. The baby had no shoes or socks on and it's feet were blue from the cold. I asked why she didn't have shoes on her baby but she didn't understand. I couldn't believe a mother would take he baby out in that weather without shoes or socks. I should have probably given her some money for shoes for the baby. Wasn't sure if it was a scam though to get my sympathy. You never know.
