Well today is Memorial Day but it is pretty much like every other day here -- 12 hour workday!! The only difference is the meal tonight will be special, i.e. one more entre. We will have bar-b-qued chicken, fried cat fish and Prime Rib, with corn on the cob and all the fixins.
